Return Policy
We give competitive a 30 day money back guarantee( excluding shipping cost ). As long as we have the
installed new-cells back we will issue you a refund.
If your refilled battery does not work, contact us to send you another pre-paid
postage Label through e-mail. You can then send your refilled battery back and
we will send Your battery pack with your old cells.

6 Month Warranty Policy
If your refilled battery capacity drops suddenly during our warranty period, we
will refill battery without any charges. However, if the battery is completely
dead during our warranty period, it is likely other electronics went bad and
this cannot be covered by our warranty. The warranty is only for refilled
batteries, not the electrons in the battery pack. Your only option will be to
buy a new battery pack.
